How do i check the status of an order ?

A notification will be given for your tracking information once your order is being packed and shipped.

How fast is the shipping & fulfilment ?

Once your item(s) have been shipped you will received an email that contains tracking information .Most domestic orders may take 3 to 7 days to arrive depending upon the efficiency of your local postal service. Our goal is to ship out to as possible without any delay.

How much is the shipping ?

 A shipping rate rate of 150 INR with in india which is offered by us.

What if my order is lost in the mail?

For packages lost, in trans it , all lost in mail claims must be submitted to katualdipuna@gmail.com no later than7 days after the estimated delivery date.

It is confirmed that your provided address was correct ,we will cover the costs of shipping a replacement order.

Keep in mind that it the tracking information states an order was delivered but you will not take responsibility and reship that order .In that case ,any replacement would have to be at your expense.

My order shows it's been return to sender , what is going on ?

If the tracking information was correct delivered to u but it was unclaimed , shipments that go unclaimed are returned to us.

New shipping charges will be applied for orders that have been unclaimed on had an incorrect address originally provided.

 

PAYMENT: 

I forgot  to discount code an my order my order ,

We understand that these things can happen. but the good news is that you can use your code for your next order that have been placed cannot be changed.

How do i enter a discount code ?

To claim your discount ,you have to hit the "checkout" button and the discount code selection will show beneath your order item. 

How do i cancel my order ?

If you need any changes or cancel your order, please contact us immediately .Once our warehouse has processed your order, We will be unable to make any changes.

Why was my order cancelled ?

If your order was unexpectedly cancelled, Because our fraud filter marked your order as fraudulent
